Amuse Bouche: Salmon Rilettes with Cucumber & Balsamic Glaze

Salade: White Wine, Thyme, & Green Peppercorn Poached Pears, Baby Arugula, Chevre

Entree: Boeuf Bourguignon with Pearl Onions, Red Wine, Crimini and Chesed Farm Mushrooms. Served with Potatoes Au Gratin and Herbed Brioche 

Fin: Eclairs, of course!
