Chef Val from Whoopemup x Manila Bay will be featuring a 3 course meal. Everything on the menu are fan requests, starting with Manila Bay’s fabulous house salad, Whoopemup Jambalaya with Carolina Red Rice, Collard Greens, and Cornbread, and Val’s Key Lime Tart with Mangoes. As always, The Bobcat will be doing its thing with a special NYE cocktail menu.
Tickets are $35 per person, $40 with the option of adding Creole sauteed Shrimp to the Jambalaya. To pre-order, text 509-386-2448. Take out is available.
