Chef Val from the Whoopemup Hollow Cafe (Waitsburg famed institution) is set to make a return to the stage in the city of Dayton, the New Orleans of Washington, on Sept 27th from 5-9pm.

Made world famous by the Central Grocery in New Orleans, the Muffuletta sandwich is an extravaganza of flavor! A sesame studded Italian loaf is filled with Capicola, Mortadella, Salami, Provolone, and Mozzarella, layered with Olive Relish and Giardiniera. We're serving up this bad boy with Creole Potato Salad. The Bobcat Room will be running a special cocktail menu to compliment Val’s southern artistry.
