Hatha 4:30 - 5:30
A practice of steadiness and grace. Through mindful movement and conscious breath, we explore the meeting place of strength and surrender. Each posture becomes a meditation - an offering to balance the body, quiet the mind, and awaken the spirit within. Suitable for all levels.
Yin at 6:00 - 7:00
A quiet journey inward. In this meditative practice, postures are held in stillness, allowing the body to soften and the deeper layers of self to unfold. Gentle stretches nourish the joints and fascia while breath guides the release of tension and time. Yin invites surrender - an opening of both body and spirit into spacious calm.
